THE TITLE OF LIBERTY

And the Lord called his people ZION, because they were of one heart and one mind, and dwelt in righteousness; and there was no poor among them.

Yea, and they did commit whoredoms and all manner of wickedness.

Zion and Jerusalem,   May 1, 2015

Yea, and they did commit whoredoms and all manner of wickedness.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 11:2)

Houston we have a problem:

Following the counsel of the Baltimore district Attorney, Mrs. Marylyn J. Mosby, to all concerned parties, with regards to our feeling and frustrations of unrest and injustice, instead of protesting and rioting, I am channeling that inner power and energy to write my beliefs and opinions, whether they are assertive or wrong. And this I do in accordance to the dictates of my conscience as protected by the bill of rights or original ten amendments of the US constitution, my creed and the subsequent articles of my faith as recorded by Joseph Smith, the Prophet. Joseph Smith, is as much vested in the system of Justice of this country as anyone that has suffered and continues to suffer violence and oppression by mobs, by prevaricating law enforcement  and justice officers and by corrupt heads of state and governments.

WE believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.

We believe that men will be punished for their own sins, and not for Adam's transgression.

We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel.

We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.

We believe that a man must be called of God, by prophecy, and by the laying on of hands by those who are in authority, to preach the Gospel and administer in the ordinances thereof.

We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and so forth.

We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.

We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.

We believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.

We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.

We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.

We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law.

We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things.  If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

JOSEPH SMITH.

(Pearl of Great Price | Articles of Faith 1:1 - 13)

It is no mystery. I, Miguel Angel Tinoco, a naturalized US Citizen by choice, am of the opinion that we live in a “Renegade” or lawless generation where all sort of wickedness is going rampant at all levels of society and our local and federal governments.

With regards to protests, strikes, ambushes, rioting, looting and boycotts, I am not a partisan or believer in the so called street peaceful protests.  There is no such thing that is acceptable or condoned by constitutional law.  The right of expression and assembly even when it is to oppose corrupt governments is not condoned by the laws of the land and much less by GOD, he rules of the universe and the supreme creator of heavens and earth.  We already exercise these and other rights, when we assemble in city hall meetings, votes, polls, referendums, religious gathering, instruction or education gatherings, sporting events and other private and public conventions.  To do in the streets or public parks what can be done privately or even publicly in organized settings at the expense of those who wish to participate in this activities is a violation to the rights of other who live in our midst who do not wish to participate, and who may be aversely, indirectly or directly affected by such activities. And such open or public protest activities regardless of how well intentioned they may be and the purity of their motives, do potentially endanger the overall community and puts an undesirable burden on law enforcement and government officials.  And as a result of unrestrained public sentiment, it creates unwarranted delays, unintended consequences and disorderly conduct among other things.   In other words, there is a time and a place for everything.

Any and all that do such a thing, as massive streets protests may not know it, but they are not seeking judicial justice but street justice as they hope or think.  Street justice is very costly and unsatisfying to all concerned parties in any given society. This opinion, belief or declaration does not undermine, or disenfranchise the righteous or unrighteous claims of any of the protesters, only that if their cause is just, they do not protest the right way, in the right place, with the right tools and with the right people.

The US constitution is a very powerful tool in our defense and to seek for justice. It providentially provides for petition of redress of grievances in a proper and satisfactory manner.  The proper procedure for petition of redress of grievances, when just and properly warranted, it does with the strike of a pen or even the sound of one single but heart felt cry or claim what thousands and even tens of thousands would not be able to accomplish with massive protests, rioting and lootings.  In other words we have what in certain legal terms is called the instances of following the constitutionally provided chain if justice from low to the highest court or authority of the land in a formal and satisfactory manner. Anything that deviates from this proper order provided by law is not good or it will not give any of the seeker of justice the expected nor desirable results except by the draw of the luck every now and then.

Let it be known worldwide, time and again, that all things in the universe are governed by law even if we and when we may hate the law.   There is an order that govern all things in its respective spheres, even the chaotic ones.  And that the law of one sphere or circumference, may not always be the law of all.  Virtues and exalted individuals live by all laws, lesser ones under some or most laws. Those who are lawless are the slaves of mischief and sin and therefore the ones that at the end suffer the most.  NO amount of voting rights in any given society will ever change the course of the laws of nature or the consequences of natural law.  If we cut nearly all the trees in the forest, it is not possible, but probable that the habitant will change ecologically; and that there will be soil erosion that sooner or later will culminate in either famine or a mudslide when the rain and winds come.

Here is the law and the light, an unofficial but extensively educative speech with regards to law as given to us all in a fireside at BYU by someone who is instructed by someone who is mightier than I and whose, shoe lace I am unworthy to untie. He is a true apostle of Jesus Christ, elder Boyd K. Packer.

THE LAW AND THE LIGHT

By
Boyd K Packer

The Law

The first word is law. A law is an invariably consistent rule, independent and irrevocable in its existence. Consequences always follow the observance of, the breaking of, even the ignoring of a law. Laws govern the physical universe with such constancy and precision that once man has discovered them, he can demonstrate their existence, generally by their effect, with unfailing accuracy. Laws do not change. A law, like truth, “abideth and hath no end” (D&C 88:66). A theory is tentative, subject to change, and may or may not be true. A theory is a means to an end, not the end in itself.

The point of my presentation is this:

There are moral and spiritual laws pertaining to values, good and evil, right and wrong; laws as constant, precise, and valid as those which govern the physical universe. If there is a crucial point of divergence between views on the origin of man, it is whether law governs both the physical, or temporal, and the moral, or spiritual, in the universe. If you reject the premise that unchangeable law governs both, I shall have great difficulty communicating my view as to how man came to be.

I am counting on Latter-day Saints agreeing that laws governing spiritual things were irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundation of the earth (D&C 130:20). More often it is students of the physical universe who fail to accept moral and spiritual laws as valid and authoritative because such laws are not measured by methods they have been accustomed to use in their studies. Physical or natural laws are generally more visible and therefore much easier to demonstrate.

These students tend to gather endless examples of the effects of natural law to support their theory on the origin of man. But all their examples put together—compelling or not, true or not, whether they prove natural laws or not—cannot disprove the existence of moral and spiritual laws. To study mankind and his beginnings by analyzing his physical body and environment only is to study but half of him. Regardless of how much physical truth is discovered, it is but half the truth.

Man is a dual being, “For man is spirit. The elements are eternal, and spirit and element, inseparably connected, receive a fulness of joy” (D&C 93:33).

Having noted that, in one scenario, I was born a man, with two balls, a soft voice and a big stick.  I am like a ball player and I am in the world arena.  And despite what my sexual appetites or preferences, no amount of unilateral or collective voting or bargaining will ever change the fact that I was born a male.  My gender was not defined at birth, but perhaps eons before I was born, even if I were to had homosexual inclinations.  Likewise it is with the innate nature of a woman who thinks, act or prefers to be a man, physiology dictates otherwise.  No matter what her sexual orientation, predisposition, desire, hopes or expectations, after puberty she was born a woman as indicated by the midwife or doctor who extended the information for her vital record. There as not an indication that she was anything else. Therefore, she will or is expected to have a pms and a period and she may potentially become pregnant one day, for as we may already know, in the patter of organization of life, all living organisms are first, born, second, they grow up, third they multiply and fourth, thy die.  This is self evident truth or an undeniable fact.  This example is not about gender or race at all, but about law and justice.  I am just trying to exemplify by hard core family values, that no man made law will ever change that absolute fact of natural law or the laws of nature without natural or unnatural consequences. The nature of a person, species of flora or fauna, dictate in their most general terms their inherent essence, even when there are rare exceptions to the rule, lie mutations or aberrations that may attests otherwise.  Sometimes we don’t have all the answers and not knowing them all will not make the world crash.

In a second scenario, iF I were suicidal paranoids schizophrenic with an erratic attitude and personality and chose to jump from the height so the sears towers in Chicago or the Freedom tower in NY City, by natural law, I will more likely fall and be killed.  And even if I were of a serious and sober mind and disposition, despite my wishes or change of mind, and my love of or for freedom, once I take that step of no return into the void, and become airborne, unless I have a parachute, I cannot overturn gravity even if the whole world votes for me to levitate, I will fall.  Likewise our first parents, Adam and Even, once they tasted of the forbidden fruit, the sudden and latent consequences of their actions by law could not be denied even if God wished so. What they did not only affect them but their habitant and environment for them and for us all.  For so it is written:

Therefore, they have drunk out of the cup of the wrath of God, which justice could no more deny unto them than it could deny that Adam should fall because of his partaking of the forbidden fruit; therefore, mercy could have claim on them no more forever.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 3:26)

Had it not been by the foreknowledge, condescension and propitiation of GOD who satisfied all the demands of Justice, we have both a partial and an eternal claim to mercy. If not, we would all be lost and separated from GOD forever.  But the best scenario or explanation for the point I desire to convey by influence for good, is better described again president Packer himself when he said ages ago in a conference speech titled:

For time and all Eternity:

By

Boyd K Packer

“Natural and spiritual laws which govern life were instituted from before the foundation of the world. 35 They are eternal, as are the consequences for either obeying or disobeying them. They are not based on social or political considerations. They cannot be changed. No pressure, no protest, no legislation can alter them.
Years ago I supervised the Indian seminaries. On a visit to a school at Albuquerque, the principal told me of an incident that happened in a first grade class.

During a lesson, a kitten wandered into the room and distracted the youngsters. It was brought to the front of the room so all could see it.
One youngster asked: “Is it a boy kitty or a girl kitty?”

The teacher, unprepared for that discussion, said, “It doesn’t matter; it’s just a kitten.”

But the children persisted, and one little boy said, “I know how we can tell if it is a boy kitty or a girl kitty.”

The teacher, cornered, said, “All right, you tell us how we can tell if it is a boy kitty or a girl kitty.”

The boy answered, “We can vote on it!”

Some things cannot be changed. Doctrine cannot be changed.

So does the constitutional law of the Land in the United States. IT is not meant to be changed, but only amended or adjusted.  It serves as the foundation of the society and government of the United States of America and without it, we are all lost in lawlessness and anarchy as in the good old west.  And not only here, but also wherever there is a likewise constitution, which is intended or suffered to exist by GOD himself, for according to moral agency, the constitution is establishes for the protection of all flesh. This is so that each and all unalienable rights, most particularly those rights protected or guaranteed by the Bill of Rights with reference to life, liberty, property and due process remain inviolable. Because without law there can be no freedom and without freedom there can be no enduring peace.  The law replaces or delays the need for protests, riots, civil disobedience or insurrection or even a full blown revolution because it restricts erratic human behavior that assaults or violates the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

As opposed to a Democracy, constitutional Law in a republic is not subject to majority rule as the law of the people, for the people and by the people.   Even in a court of law by a grand jury, in order to convict a person of any given crime, the motion has to be unanimous or the suspect goes free.  This is why we live in a Republic and not in a democracy. Becoming familiar and understanding these important factors is crucial and it makes all the difference in the outcomes we seek and expect from this great nation with regards to bond within liberty, justice, equality and fraternity.

But unfortunately, common core values are making us dumb and dumber. The budgets for education often decrease or are left for last, and the budget for penitentiary, law enforcement and the judiciary increase. The majority of people living in this country and many other constitutional republics  keep ignorantly chanting democracy when it is not, And they willfully, ignorantly and blindfold, do prefer darkness than light when it is plainly shown or manifested to them.   Now, who wants to see the light and know the truth? Who has believed our report and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?  There is a lot of divine wisdom in these words that do not come from me but from the God of these Lands, even Jesus Christ. If you are weary of hearing lies coming from special interest and power seeking politicians, vain analysts and presstitures, come here.  I will feed you milk and honey freely or without money or a price that you need to incur. I will not sell you a product or insert a special interest commercial like the salary news casters.   For the cost of this bread you are eating has been paid or incurred already. And this gift is given to us by faith, truth, justice, grace and mercy, which according to GOD, are the weighty matters of the law.  I do not claim that I am doing that which is best for you, I am here only out of love engaged as an activist in a good cause in the service of you and my GOD.   My work will not earn me any kudos nor votes. Neither am I running for office or seeking a place in your society.  I am barely an abnegated servant of GOD.

All of our rights that we enjoy, use and abuse are given by God and not by the government.  And we cannot relinquish them blindly or ignorantly only willingly or by lies from others with intent to deceive. Some of our rights are inherent or innate and other we achieve or accrue as we are able to discern them.  Not knowing that you don’t have a certain right, does not mean that you don have them or that you have forfeited them. Now, if used correctly, the law of the Land or the US constitution, in individual or collective petition for redress of grievances will do more justice than barking on the streets and rioting. This is because we are bound to the law as much as the law is bound to the land.    And, God willing, if my faith and wisdom do not fail me, I will explain how it works, when and why.

Because our GOD not only gave our founding fathers  the inspiration to create the Law, but he showed us how to use that great constitutional power wisely in the parable of the widow and the unjust judge as recorded both in the New Testament of the Bible and the book of Commandments or Doctrine & covenants which I will note at the end of this journey.  I have told you this before but none of you would listen to anxious and relentless little me.

Again, any and all street protesters from any nation, sect, party or denomination in this country, regardless of how well intentioned they are, more often than not, will get what they want. They will make their case in front of the people’s court and their justice will be by the people at large who have no training or education in justice or law. Therefore, lawlessness, turmoil, chaos, looting and even bloodshed will be what in most cases protesters will get out of their.  This is because the masses operate unrestrained and under emotion and reason and not always self evident facts.  This is why we have the public thing, the law, to make our lives both easier and freer with a proper limitation of government powers under the Constitution or the Law of the Land.  This is so that those with proper expertise can expedite justice for us as the District Attorney of Baltimore has said today.  This is our momentum and we should not wasted despite the monstrous opposition that we will face by those who abuse power and enforce the law with unrighteous dominion.

Now, at home or in the streets, it is not common for the majority of the voice of the people to chose that which is not right, but it is uncommon for the minority of the people to do that which is not right.

What does this tell you? IT tells me that despite our corrupt nature, there are more chances that we will act correctly if we were to chose between good and evil.  And that unless we are blinded and corrupted by a calculating minority to the point that at large when presented with choices we chose evil, then we can know what to expect.  If we act according to the governing laws, then we will reap unity or consensus, good will, peace and justice for all. But if not, we will reap what we saw, which is the opposite of anything which is good.

Now it is not common that the voice of the people desireth anything contrary to that which is right; but it is common for the lesser part of the people to desire that which is not right; therefore this shall ye observe and make it your law—to do your business by the voice of the people. And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you; yea, then is the time he will visit you with great destruction even as he has hitherto visited this land.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 29:26 - 27)

It is understandable that in the recent Baltimore rioting looting, the so called thugs and rioters or calculating anarchist are in the minority. They do not represent the conscience of the majority of inhabitants of that great city.  Yet, some times the minority, aided by those power seeking politicians, or by their own natural and lawless nature and inclinations, will agitate, agitate, agitate, hoping to persuade the majority to choose iniquity until all hell break loose as we have thus fat seen.  It is not that the protesters do not want government, but only that they don’t like what they have and want to change it irrationally. But the fact that being in the streets, even if it is intended peacefully, as the Mayor rightfully said, it gives place, motive and opportunity for the minority to have place for rioting, looting and destruction.    And when that happens, that is when the majority is persuaded to chose evil, then all hell breaks loose and the nation vexing judgments of God precipitate all over the land because he Rules the Universe and id he does not do justice, he would cease to be GOD and that cannot happen. Hopefully, the lawlessness stops here, but until all is said and done, unless all return home to their own thing or duty, the possibility of lasting peace reminds as faithless hope or a wishful thinking.  The Freddy Gray incident was the straw that literally broke the camel’s back. It has unleashed a sequence of events that if not properly averted will slowly but surely bring about the next apocalypse.    An incident like this, even the issue of slavery, not the slaves themselves, was what precipitated the great American civil war. A war that continues cold as we speak but which may ignite with a vengeance.  This is what God told the Prophet Joseph Smith with regard to this sometime before his death in 1844, some 30 years before the civil war in advent of the perils thereof before and after, which revelation still reminds valid and fully active and continues to be fulfilled before our very own eyes.  Half of it has already come to pass and the other half is still in the works.  Here is the whole enchilada:

Revelation and prophecy on war, given through Joseph Smith the Prophet, December 25, 1832.  HC 1:301–302.  This section was received at a time when the brethren were reflecting and reasoning upon African slavery on the American continent and the slavery of the children of men throughout the world.

1–4,      War foretold between the Northern States and the Southern States;
5–8,      Great calamities shall fall upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

1  VERILY, thus saith the Lord concerning the wars that will shortly come to pass, beginning at the rebellion of South Carolina, which will eventually terminate in the death and misery of many souls;
2  And the time will come that war will be poured out upon all nations, beginning at this place.
3  For behold, the Southern States shall be divided against the Northern States, and the Southern States will call on other nations, even the nation of Great Britain, as it is called, and they shall also call upon other nations, in order to defend themselves against other nations; and then war shall be poured out upon all nations.
4  And it shall come to pass, after many days, slaves shall rise up against their masters, who shall be marshaled and disciplined for war.

5  And it shall come to pass also that the remnants who are left of the land will marshal themselves, and shall become exceedingly angry, and shall vex the Gentiles with a sore vexation.
6  And thus, with the sword and by bloodshed the inhabitants of the earth shall mourn; and with famine, and plague, and earthquake, and the thunder of heaven, and the fierce and vivid lightning also, shall the inhabitants of the earth be made to feel the wrath, and indignation, and chastening hand of an Almighty God, until the consumption decreed hath made a full end of all nations;
7  That the cry of the saints, and of the blood of the saints, shall cease to come up into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth, from the earth, to be avenged of their enemies.
8  Wherefore, stand ye in holy places, and be not moved, until the day of the Lord come; for behold, it cometh quickly, saith the Lord.  Amen.

(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 87:Heading - 8)

To avert such perils, when possible, this is what Mosiah, the son of righteous king, prophet and statesman once said with regards to balance of power imbedded within the voice of the people in a time when he relinquished the kingdom of the people for a better system of government called the government of the judges which is similar to a Representative Republic or Democracy. I cannot write the whole speech he gave, but it will be useful to read it all at your leisure. Hereafter is an excerpt.  Again, this is what he said:

Now it is not common that the voice of the people desireth anything contrary to that which is right; but it is common for the lesser part of the people to desire that which is not right; therefore this shall ye observe and make it your law—to do your business by the voice of the people.

And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you; yea, then is the time he will visit you with great destruction even as he has hitherto visited this land.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 29:21 - 27)

In his time, when the above words were given, these Israelites, a remnant or a broken branch of the house of Israel here in Pre Columbian America, they had a constitution similar to us, only more strict. In their time as in ours, it was inspired by the laws and holy commandments of GOD like we do which gave them all greater freedom and eased the burden of a king by sharing the load equally amongst all and holding only the law supreme. They all became freemen. But despite their constitution for secular government, they also kept the law of Moses. That speech was given during the feast of boots by the temple.

And he, Mosiah, foresaw the time in the near future in which the realist or those of high birth from amongst them, will want to challenge the constitution and return to a monarchy. And the only way they could do it, that is to amend the constitution was by a constitutional convention or perhaps a referendum. In most cases the majority chose the right, but the malcontents were very persistent and at last they prevailed and that nation, of two existing at the time upon these lands, was destroyed even to the last man standing in a colossal war.  And it was only the second time this extinction of a great civilization was extinct upon these lands. Before them, there was a great nation like no other who reigned sovereign in the whole continent. There has not been ever any greater nor will there ever be one as great as the Jadeites.   They succumbed in civil war and they all killed each other to the last man standing.  They only left a record and the ruing of their existence and a massive pile of bones and a great desolation.  The prophet in their midst who recorded their destruction was taken, perhaps like Enoch, Elijah and Moses, but the last man, lived for a little over nine more months only to see a colony of strangers come in and take possession of the land.  Those strangers were my fathers. Thy had fled Jerusalem under the siege of Babylon and one of the escapees was, Malkiyahu or Mulek,  one and the only surviving sons of Zezekiah, king of Judah.

Eventually, that colony mixed with another Colony of Israelites from the tribe of Joseph, but wickedness prevailed in their midst until the minority persuaded the majority. Many were destroyed by terrible tempests, earthquakes, and humongous volcanic eruptions during the Crucifixion of the LORD Jesus Christ in the meridian of times. Then a little while later he resurrected, ascended and descended to the remnant left of my forefathers. After which, for about four generations, they were exceedingly happy en prosperous like unto no other Civilization on earth, but eventually, they succumbed to evil. And pretty much by 400 AC, almost everybody became wicked to their utter destruction. They had a humongous war where all were gathered  for battle and one nation annihilated completely the other in the very same place where the previous civilization had perished, until they ceased to be a people and were forgotten.  But they had prophets and historians among them that kept detailed records of their secular and religious deeds and ministry as I an doing with you all today.  And for this reason we have their records wit us. This is so that we know and are persuaded to repent or amend our ways, so that we do not suffer the same fate as they did.

Therefore, the LORD has his own higher set of law in addition to the ones he has given us by the prophets and even the laws of nature. He created a balance universe with all sort of laws that we do not always take into account; and when those laws are violated or come in collision, either by disease, catastrophes, famine or even the sword, justice will is done.  The book of Mormon is only a small record of their existence. It is a warning for us all, it is the book that shall spring of the earth as the palms say and the voice out of the dust of which the prophet Isaiah spoke to their contemporaries.  And I bring these news to you so that you do not become like a passing cloud without water or like an old garment in a furnace; so that they are not trodden under foot by an invading army, by animals or even another nations as a thistle that is carried by the wind until it lands on the fire.  The LORD said the same thing I am saying to you to them, but the record is for us and concerning you in this very generation saying:

And it shall come to pass that except they repent I will utterly destroy them from off the face of the earth; yet they shall leave a record behind them, and I will preserve them for other nations which shall possess the land; yea, even this will I do that I may discover the abominations of this people to other nations.  And many things did Abinadi prophesy against this people.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 12:8)

But they were angry with the prophet and they killed them to their hurt for he declared boldly unto them in their own face their iniquities and the iniquities of their priests and secular leaders from the tail to the head.

And it came to pass that they were angry with him; and they took him and carried him bound before the king, and said unto the king: Behold, we have brought a man before thee who has prophesied evil concerning thy people, and saith that God will destroy them. And he also prophesieth evil concerning thy life, and saith that thy life shall be as a garment in a furnace of fire.

And again, he saith that thou shalt be as a stalk, even as a dry stalk of the field, which is run over by the beasts and trodden under foot. And again, he saith thou shalt be as the blossoms of a thistle, which, when it is fully ripe, if the wind bloweth, it is driven forth upon the face of the land.  And he pretendeth the Lord hath spoken it.  And he saith all this shall come upon thee except thou repent, and this because of thine iniquities.

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 12:9 - 12)

Nevertheless, if we are to seek justice by petitioning redress of grievances in this day and age under the constitution, before GOD lifts a finger in our behalf,  we have to do our part. We cannot expect his justice to show forth if we don’t first do our instances by crying justice before the feet of those he has placed as judges, governors and presidents.   In other words, we first need to cry or importune at the feet of the Lord’s stewards, even the local honorable Judge, then the Governor, and then the president. And if they don’t give a damn about you or say, you cause is right but I can do nothing for you, then you have open access to heaven and three strong and undeniable witnesses who did not do justice to you.  Yes, if they forsake you, you come to the LORD who invented or created the constitution and he will take vengeance on your behalf over the whole nation and in so doing, in his own time and in his own way, place those unfaithful stewards in their proper place where there is crying and gnashing of teeth.

Now, it is not easy to turn the great wheel of justice and rebuke all criminals and prevaricators of justice in our midst, but with a little faith in the GOD of these lands which is Jesus Christ, all things are possible.

Proverbially speaking, I am going to anger a lot of people today and it may cost me my own life, but if it is the will of GOD, be it so. I am not afraid.  In any case, a life without purpose is not worth living.  Most of our politicians, from the head to the tail are corrupt every which way. They are like dumb dogs that don’t bark. Prevaricators they are and only serve justice when there is an interest for them.   It is not easy to depose them from power without struggle and bloodshed because they carry their guards or thugs about them all the time.  We have seen corrupt heads of states; or renegade presidents, tearing down the constitution or the law of the land. These are men and women with man made or devilish ideologies who despise the law and the commandments of our GOD. And instead they rule by their will, or thru executive fiat after the manner of their own will and ideals. We are like in the movie the lion king when Simba and Nala are singing and saying, everybody move left, everybody move right.   And at the end of their left of right journey, we are left worst than before and somebody usually gets trampled over or screwed.

And those who oppose or rebel against the king, the president, the judge, the governor or even the mayor, yea, those high executive rules, the wicked sends out thugs to kill them or maim them secretly. And if the people happen to rise and protest, the wicked ruler sends the armies against them, and if he could, he would commit genocide. And then, after the innocent are taken or depart from that wicked city, the judgments of GOD will fall upon them without measure upon all who remain.  But it is not expedient that such things should come upon us if we chose the right course of action as provided by the law of the land or the US constitution.

Here is the law and the testimony:

And behold, now I say unto you, ye cannot dethrone an iniquitous king save it be through much contention, and the shedding of much blood. For behold, he has his friends in iniquity, and he keepeth his guards about him; and he teareth up the laws of those who have reigned in righteousness before him; and he trampleth under his feet the commandments of God; And he enacteth laws, and sendeth them forth among his people, yea, laws after the manner of his own wickedness; and whosoever doth not obey his laws he causeth to be destroyed; and whosoever doth rebel against him he will send his armies against them to war, and if he can he will destroy them; and thus an unrighteous king doth pervert the ways of all righteousness. And now behold I say unto you, it is not expedient that such abominations should come upon you.

Therefore, choose you by the voice of this people, judges, that ye may be judged according to the laws which have been given you by our fathers, which are correct, and which were given them by the hand of the Lord.

And it is not hard at all to detect that when a city, state or nation is obsessed with security and builds many prisons, it is a symptom of gross judicial corruption everywhere.  In other words, the lawyers and judges of the people have laid down the foundation for their own destruction because they created frivolous, funny, hateful and even unenforceable laws so that they would have more employ.  This is the point in our path or journey, when the writing on the all appears with capital letters saying. MENE MENE TEKEL UPHARSIN.

Another symptom of a corrupt society is the obsession to create elusive infrastructure and make their mark that will make their name great in history. For this vanity and pride, the ruler first must raise taxes to the highest extent possible. If he could, he would aim to tax them 110%, so if he fails, he could at lest tax them half of all their interest or substance or to the highest extent allowable without reactionary insurrection.  Here is one example of a wicked and riotous king in the mist of my people in pre-Columbian times who did what our leaders are doing. Raising taxes to the point of taxing the air we breathe and the air we exhale.

And he laid a tax of one fifth part of all they possessed, a fifth part of their gold and of their silver, and a fifth part of their ziff, and of their copper, and of their brass and their iron; and a fifth part of their fatlings; and also a fifth part of all their grain

(Book of Mormon | Mosiah 11:3)

And he did erect him an exceedingly beautiful throne; and he did build many prisons, and whoso would not be subject unto taxes he did cast into prison; and whoso was not able to pay taxes he did cast into prison; and he did cause that they should labor continually for their support; and whoso refused to labor he did cause to be put to death.

(Book of Mormon | Ether 10:6)

But how do they get into power to do their will in the first place?  It is only reasonable that they got into power not because they are eager to serve, but because they love money, power and personal glory.  They buy or usurp their way up to the very seat of power. I would not go into detail of how the workers of iniquity work in the dark. But it is the same from the days of Cain until today.  They commercialize on humanity as an asset.  But the scriptures make it manifest so clearly that it gives me the creeps just to think about it because it resembles the times and the season we are living today.  OF this it is written:

And seeing the people in a state of such awful wickedness, and those Gadianton robbers filling the judgment–seats—having usurped the power and authority of the land; laying aside the commandments of God, and not in the least aright before him; doing no justice unto the children of men; Condemning the righteous because of their righteousness; letting the guilty and the wicked go unpunished because of their money; and moreover to be held in office at the head of government, to rule and do according to their wills, that they might get gain and glory of the world, and, moreover, that they might the more easily commit adultery, and steal, and kill, and do according to their own wills—

(Book of Mormon | Helaman 7:4 - 5)

OPERATION JADE HELM

Have I need to say more?  There is more where this comes from. The Great I AM, he who inspires me is M-I-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E, the God of war.  And you won’t believe, but he is waging such a soul wrecking war of attrition against unfruitful authority that you don’t even feel his jabs and blows until it is too late.  He says to all.

I can do this forever like Captain America.  You don’t know it, but you are dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare that has not yet lifted a firearm.  This is my land, he says, even the land of my Fathers.  I am a rightful inheritor and I give it to whomever I will.  If I lift up my flag and if I want the Russians or the Chinese or any other nation I don’t even know to come and to take over, to make the cities waste and posses the land, I would just whistle to them and they will come here speedily and none shall slumber.

And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth; and behold, they shall come with speed swiftly; none shall be weary nor stumble among them.

(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 15:26)

None shall slumber nor sleep; neither shall the girdle of their loins be loosed, nor the latchet of their shoes be broken; Whose arrows shall be sharp, and all their bows bent, and their horses' hoofs shall be counted like flint, and their wheels like a whirlwind, their roaring like a lion. They shall roar like young lions; yea, they shall roar, and lay hold of the prey, and shall carry away safe, and none shall deliver.

(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 15:25 - 29)

HE is my GOD and at his command the sun is darkened and the heavens are clothed with darkness. At his rebukes, the rivers dry out as a broken and arid desert, and the fishes thereof die of thirst and stink because the lack of water.   This is because his anger is kindled and he has a controversy against this hypocritical nation.

behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinketh, because there is no water, and dieth for thirst.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 50:2)

Wherefore, when I came, there was no man; when I called, yea, there was none to answer.  O house of Israel, is my hand shortened at all that it cannot redeem, or have I no power to deliver?  Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make their rivers a wilderness and their fish to stink because the waters are dried up, and they die because of thirst. I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.

(Book of Mormon | 2 Nephi 7:2 - 3)

Therefore, is the anger of the Lord kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them; and the hills did tremble, and their carcasses were torn in the midst of the streets.  For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still. And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth; and behold, they shall come with speed swiftly; none shall be weary nor stumble among them.

He is the one I hear and who inspires me and others to preach and to write. And he has said that after our testimony, that wrath and indignation comes suddenly upon the people.

And after your testimony cometh wrath and indignation upon the people. For after your testimony cometh the testimony of earthquakes, that shall cause groanings in the midst of her, and men shall fall upon the ground and shall not be able to stand. And also cometh the testimony of the voice of thunderings, and the voice of lightnings, and the voice of tempests, and the voice of the waves of the sea heaving themselves beyond their bounds. And all things shall be in commotion; and surely, men's hearts shall fail them; for fear shall come upon all people.

(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 88:88 - 91)

This is why, I personally hate street protests because there is only one single exception that warrants the citizens of any given action to take the streets; and that is with an in open insurrection and armed to the teeth to overthrow the government in a coup de Etat if needs be.

I know because I come from a long list of people that have been there and done that with and without arms. If you know the Tinoco’s, the Rodrigez or the Guevara’s, or the Zomoza’s, you know something about me.  I also have been instructed in guerrilla warfare. I know who I am and I know my enemy. And above all, I know that my cause is just.  And if you push me too far, dead or alive, you will get what you are asking for because I have never been instructed to know how to lose a war.  I may be broken, but I never give up.

This is why I preach repentance day an night. If you continue your oppression, sooner or later you will awake the sleeping giant or the beast that ascends from the Bottomless pit.  My name is Miguel Angel Tinoco ROD-TREE-GEZA.  I was born in the Bottomless pit, that is Honduras.  O know the beast, I have seen the giant.  And for better or for worst, my people, in ancient times have destabilized the peace of the whole continent and made other civilizations extinct, so that a new beginning shines in.  Only that this time, some of us know better the rules of engagement.  Unlike our wicked and perverse kings and corrupt rulers and law givers, we have repented and laid down our weapons of rebellion, war and insurrection  unless we are expressly commanded by GOD to defend truth and virtue as you see me do.  Our Leader is the Lord of host and commander of the squadrons of Israel, even the LORD Jesus Christ.  And when we fight, it is for the right reasons.  And he has said to us, that the inward part of the glass has to be cleaned first, and then the outward part will be cleaned also.

Time and again, here is the way you can truly get the justice you are seeking for while the US constitution remains the law of the land.  I know it hangs by a fine thread as the silk of a spider web. But I have faith in GOD. And I have poured out my soul to him in mighty prayer. I have asked him to strengthen that thread until we are strong enough to defend it, which day has arrived or until his kingdom comes, for I know without a shadow of a doubt that nothing is impossible to him. And it is written that the prayer of a faithful or righteous man availed much; and he spirit of GOD was with me on that day that I prayed as he is with me today as I write. This is the LORD’s way to properly petition our government or even GOD for Justice. And I write it so that if you have a slim desire to have faith to do mighty works, you can grow that faith until justice is served.

And I write and pray also that the Leaders who rule this people may hear and be warned and forewarned so that evil things do not come upon them to their temporal and eternal hurt.  I do not only write to the leaders, but also to the rich men and women of the Land that accumulate riches unjustly and also those who live sumptuously and a riotous living without regard for the poor and oppressed in their midst.  Yea, those who enter with a silver spoon in their mouth and by the wide side of the horn; and who are too fat to go into the narrow side of the horn were we live.  Here is the parable of Jesus Christ to us, and to them, and also his own explanation of the affairs and events of this day and age.

For in parables he gave us knowledge of things that have been hidden from the foundation of the world concerning the ends of days.  And those things concerning justice, of which I and others have spoken, including the young State Attorney of Baltimore to settle justice are being fulfilled in your very own eyes today. These are things that our fathers knew and were chanted in dark songs called psalms, that I Miguel,  cannot even try to hid them from our children because in these things GOD is praised. And if I do not write them, these stones shall open their mouth and cry them aloud for generations to come.   For so it is written:

I
GIVE ear, O my people, to my law,
incline your ears,   to the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable,
I will utter dark sayings of old,
which we have heard and known,
and our fathers have told us.

II
We will not hide them from their children,
shewing to the generation to come,
the praises of the LORD, and his strength,
and his wonderful works that he hath done.

III
For he established a testimony in Jacob,
and appointed a law in Israel,
which he commanded our fathers,
 that they should make
 them known to their children.

IV
That the generation to come might know them,
even the children which should be born;
who should arise and declare them to their children:
That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:

V
And might not be as their fathers,
a stubborn and rebellious generation;
a generation that set not their heart aright,
and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.

(Old Testament | Psalms 78:1 - 8)

 Ghost Ryders in the Sky

AND he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint, aaying:

There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man.   Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.

And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.

And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?

I tell you that he will avenge them speedily.  Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

(New Testament | Luke 18:1 - 8)

Therefore, it is not right that any man should be in bondage one to another.
And for this purpose have I established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.

Now, unto what shall I liken the children of Zion?  I will liken them unto the parable of the woman and the unjust judge, for men ought always to pray and not to faint, which saith—

There was in a city a judge which feared not God, neither regarded man. And there was a widow in that city, and she came unto him, saying: Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while, but afterward he said within himself: Though I fear not God, nor regard man, yet because this widow troubleth me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.

Thus will I liken the children of Zion.

Let them importune at the feet of the judge;

And if he heed them not, let them importune at the feet of the governor;

And if the governor heed them not, let them importune at the feet of the president;

And if the president heed them not, then will the Lord arise and come forth out of his hiding place, and in his fury vex the nation; And in his hot displeasure, and in his fierce anger, in his time, will cut off those wicked, unfaithful, and unjust stewards, and appoint them their portion among hypocrites, and unbelievers;

Even in outer darkness, where there is weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth.

Pray ye, therefore, that their ears may be opened unto your cries, that I may be merciful unto them, that these things may not come upon them.

What I have said unto you must needs be, that all men may be left without excuse; That wise men and rulers may hear and know that which they have never considered; That I may proceed to bring to pass my act, my strange act, and perform my work, my strange work, that men may discern between the righteous and the wicked, saith your God.

(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 101:79 - 95)

There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.

And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house: For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.

And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

(New Testament | Luke 16:19 - 31)

And last but not least, my beloved brethren, for you ought to be greatly beloved, know that I do not fear your power or authority no matter how dark and monstrous it is with all your trillions and minions.  In fact, I am seeking to pull it down even if I have to defy alone the whole armed forces like my father Enoch did from the very same East Coast where we dwell in his time and as recorded in the book of Moses.  I was not born a US citizen, but I was born in America. I chose to become a citizen of this great and powerful nation, the greatest in modern history.  And therefore, I am an American.  And with this divine yet borrowed rebuke I speak to you and close my epistle saying:

And now, my beloved brethren—for ye ought to be beloved; yea, and ye ought to have stirred yourselves more diligently for the welfare and the freedom of this people; but behold, ye have neglected them insomuch that the blood of thousands shall come upon your heads for vengeance; yea, for known unto God were all their cries, and all their sufferings—

Behold, could ye suppose that ye could sit upon your thrones, and because of the exceeding goodness of God ye could do nothing and he would deliver you?  Behold, if ye have supposed this ye have supposed in vain.

Do ye suppose that, because so many of your brethren have been killed it is because of their wickedness?  I say unto you, if ye have supposed this ye have supposed in vain; for I say unto you, there are many who have fallen by the sword; and behold it is to your condemnation;

For the Lord suffereth the righteous to be slain that his justice and judgment may come upon the wicked; therefore ye need not suppose that the righteous are lost because they are slain; but behold, they do enter into the rest of the Lord their God.

And now behold, I say unto you, I fear exceedingly that the judgments of God will come upon this people, because of their exceeding slothfulness, yea, even the slothfulness of our government, and their exceedingly great neglect towards their brethren, yea, towards those who have been slain.

For were it not for the wickedness which first commenced at our head, we could have withstood our enemies that they could have gained no power over us.

Yea, had it not been for the war which broke out among ourselves; yea, were it not for these king–men, who caused so much bloodshed among ourselves; yea, at the time we were contending among ourselves, if we had united our strength as we hitherto have done; yea, had it not been for the desire of power and authority which those king–men had over us; had they been true to the cause of our freedom, and united with us, and gone forth against our enemies, instead of taking up their swords against us, which was the cause of so much bloodshed among ourselves; yea, if we had gone forth against them in the strength of the Lord, we should have dispersed our enemies, for it would have been done, according to the fulfilling of his word.

(Book of Mormon | Alma 60:10 - 16)

Behold, I am Moroni, your chief captain.  I seek not for power, but to pull it down.  I seek not for honor of the world, but for the glory of my God, and the freedom and welfare of my country.  And thus I close mine epistle.
(Book of Mormon | Alma 60:36)

That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

(New Testament | Matthew 13:35)

These things I write for your profit by way of knowledge and God given wisdom for the profit of this generation and for the amelioration of posterity.  I dedicate it to the state attorneys, layers, prosecutors, honorable judges, mayors, military leaders, governors and heads of state, religious leaders and all nations, tribes, tongues and families of the earth for their instruction in the ways of GOD. And I do it humbly, channeling my feelings, my beliefs, my knowledge, my education, my faith, my education and my convictions with intent to make manifest in foresight, that few stood against many and even though they were marred, with the help and inspiration given by GOD and his amounted servants they prevailed against powers, dominions and principalities of spiritual entities entrenched in high places of this world. And this I do, properly, humbly and boldly, even as one having authority, in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Attentively Yours

Miguel Angel Tinoco Rod-Tree-Geza.
