Reminder:

Then, in case of ineptitude or inaction, we may need another political party that is not afraid to fight the blob because the Republican Party is becoming extinct or obsolete and the Democratic Party is leading us to utter destruction.

Where there is a will there is a way. These republicans at least should try to repeal the most hateful parts of the ACA law or else. 

Mr. Hannity and companions, are you a man or men and women of sound vision? I think you and some of your associates are because many have professed or prophesied the mess or collapse that the Affordable care Act will produce in the lives of American people even before it became law.  To me from the beginning it was no different than a Trojan Horse with potential to burn down the whole of American fabric.  

But my question is to you all as conservatives. What do you see ahead will happen with the healthcare law? 

I particularly see three probable scenarios: One, that the law totally abolished, which is the most unlikely to occur unless we fight relentlessly, for the truth and reason of in our side.  Second, I foresee that the healthcare law to be amended or replaced, which is a plausible possibility; and third that the law continue as it is and precipitate a full blown revolution that will unleash a sequence of events that will bring about the next apocalypse or tragedy in America and the world. 

I hope you and the conservatives have a vision for as the old proverb says above, where there is no vision the people perish.

I therefore prophesy in the name of Christ that the healthcare law will be amended or replaced.  But the idea should come out or from the conservatives, which is the more likely option and that is that the more hateful parts of the law be abolished like the compulsory or obligatory clause; or the mandate for everybody to buy health insurance like it or not.

Second, I foresee that the non compliance penalty would be eliminated for all or non enforced at all.

And third that somebody is smart enough to read the constitution and read the amendment or constitutional article that states that all taxation ( since the ACA was sustained as a tax by the supreme court) that it would be uniformly applied and enforced.  Thus far it is self evidence truth that those who have voted to exempt themselves from the law and the inequality of health care coverage such as the cooper, silver, gold and platinum fiasco; and the non uniform cost is a self evident flaw of that law that makes it wholly unconstitutional. 

I myself would prefer to have the healthcare law fully abolished, but it will require a modest and diligent fight from most if not all conservative Americans in the Supreme Court. And somebody must have a replacement or alternative soon or the democrats will forever be mal content. Unless something is done, to replace it for the satisfaction of all, not just the conservatives, the Republican Party as an entity is doomed to fail and another Independent American Party will have to spring up to replace it. 

Mr. President. My family does not qualify for the least portion of your law, nor do we qualify for medicaid because the bone head or bald governor that we have did reject the medicaid expansion in my home state. Had you and your associates foresee this fiasco, perhaps they would have included a Medicare Expansion clause for those of us who fall in the doughnut hole which constitutes another inequality.  If the law must fall let it fall, do not resist it.  It would be better if it is replaced or changed to a one payer system as you and your fellows originally intended had not the conservatives dipped their spoons in your soup, it will be less damaging for all than the compound complex healthcare insanity that we have. Almost always the first harvest of any given tree is bitter and not good for consumption. It is sometimes by the mistakes we make that we are able to learn and grow.  Who knows but something better will spring from this for the satisfaction of most if not all.

I have learned this: That it is not common for the voice of the people to chose that which is not right, but that it is common for the lesser part of the people to chose that which is not right. So, it is wise to listen to the majority of the voice of the people. But when the time comes that the majority is persuaded to chose that which is not right, it is then when the judgments of GOD will visit you as he has hitherto visited the land.   I learned this from a great King. And that is not all, these records come from the greatest of all nations; the Jaredites,  and another great civilization, my ancient forefathers, that lived in these lands before the discovery and conquest of America. And concerning the secular affairs of their people my fathers wrote in their records:

“Therefore, choose you by the voice of this people, judges, that ye may be judged according to the laws which have been given you by our fathers, which are correct, and which were given them by the hand of the Lord. Now it is not common that the voice of the people desireth anything contrary to that which is right; but it is common for the lesser part of the people to desire that which is not right; therefore this shall ye observe and make it your law—to do your business by the voice of the people. And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you; yea, then is the time he will visit you with great destruction even as he has hitherto visited this land.”

 Its a blob, a monstrosity, repeal it. Pardon me if I ah ah ah bit slow. Don't bully me... We already know it is bad dark and hairy law that we cannot make sense out of it, but the ones who made it don't care. The point is TO make the Republicans jealous or afraid to get their act together now that they have a wave to catch or face extinction. You cannot just repeal obamacare and leave an empty space. We cannot sit in our lees and expect the desert to bloom. Too many changes have taken place to just return to the status quo. It is like when you have a bad thought, yea, a wicked thought, you cannot just cast it out and expect to be relieved. We need to replace it with good thoughts and actions or the bad thought will return with a vengeance or with thoughts or spirit worst than the first.

IF we do not do that, we can expect duh or this:.......

Now speaking about constitutional law, even the law of the land which has been inspired by GOD and given by our forefathers, this is what an ancient king had to say:

And now if ye have judges, and they do not judge you according to the law which has been given, ye can cause that they may be judged of a higher judge. If your higher judges do not judge righteous judgments, ye shall cause that a small number of your lower judges should be gathered together, and they shall judge your higher judges, according to the voice of the people. This is the time for all this people of this land and continent to awaken to a sense of our awful situation. For this is a choice land, even a promised land and great calamities have been prophesied await us all unless we get our act together.  Again, two greater civilizations than the current living in these northern lands have already been decimated even in these northern lands because of wickedness and secret combinations entrenched in high places.  For Jesus Christ is the GOD of these lands and all that dwell therein must serve him or be swept away when thy mature in iniquity for the LORD has so worn saying:

And he had sworn in his wrath unto the brother of Jared, that whoso should possess this land of promise, from that time henceforth and forever, should serve him, the true and only God, or they should be swept off when the fulness of his wrath should come upon them.

And now, we can behold the decrees of God concerning this land, that it is a land of promise; and whatsoever nation shall possess it shall serve God, or they shall be swept off when the fulness of his wrath shall come upon them.  And the fulness of his wrath cometh upon them when they are ripened in iniquity. For behold, this is a land which is choice above all other lands; wherefore he that doth possess it shall serve God or shall be swept off; for it is the everlasting decree of God.  And it is not until the fulness of iniquity among the children of the land, that they are swept off.
