Calling all freemen
If God be for us, who can be against us?
Dear civil protesters and revolutionaries of allsorts of social injustice everywhere in the land of Zion, please beware of sudden moves. Before doing anything to awaken the beast of Anarchy in our land, you should study and conscientiously consider if your war or the revolutionary cause you want to fight is just or right? This can make the difference between being branded as rebels or as freemen.
I am no rebel, but a self proclaimed freeman. Nor am I in anyway antagonizing or questioning the patriotic motives of those so called “Rebels”. Neither am I diminishing the success or the lack of success of you nonviolent protest or peaceful revolutionary movements against the special interest of corporatism and their hijacking of our national and local governments.
In fact I do want to applaud and support your activism for the things that you believe are for the most part worth fighting for. But the success or failure of any such insurrection or civil disobedience endeavor as you are beginning to surmount in the great and notable cities of our land truly depends in the righteousness of the cause you are fighting for. And it also depends who you actually do petition redress of grievances from. If from God or from the Devil we know!!!
And this is the precise question I am posting for your consideration on this day. Is your cause right? Or in other words: what are you fighting for? This question is most relevant to answer before endeavoring or attempting to revive a revolution that may grow up end up in a most bloody carnage that will precede a grievous desolation and end up with the mutilation or even the total destruction of our great continental republics.
I am a paranoid schizophrenic whose world revolves around a never-ending cycle of social chaos. I hide from persecution, real, imaginary or figurative, yet I tread upon a very realistic cave. And it is from my cave I cry justice to the four winds. There is no if, my mind is altered and my reality may be split, but I have only one reality in this world and it is to fight and successfully win all righteous battles one episode at the time. And I can only do this by the knowledge of the absolute doctrines of God that I know, practice, study and hold dear. I do also know that winning any given battle does not necessarily depend in making your voice heard or the amount of people that support any given cause or agenda, but it rests in executing justice in righteousness and intelligently. And righteousness is not your way or my way, but God’s way. For no war is ever authorized in righteousness without first announcing peace; and second by proclaiming peace; and third giving to our enemies an ultimatum in the name of peace.
Hence, this comes to remembrance the engraven emblem or symbol of the Eagle in the United States coat of arms. Which eagle, we know holds in its feet the olive branches of peace on one side and the arrows of War in the other.
Please also take into consideration the historical episode in the days of King Saul, when David defeated Goliath and the fierce and desolating army behind the mouthful and defiant giant. For there, in that story, we can envision learn of the truth which is the knowledge of things as they are, as they have been and as they are to come. Know that by David’s brave story, that the power of one righteous individual is greater than the force of one thousand unrighteous buffoons. And that a righteous cause is greater than ten thousand vicious endeavors. This is where the so called democracies of the word had, do and will always fail. Sooner or later, democracies per say, do follow for the most part the blind and unrestrained mobocratic gentlism which cause is a most democratic yet not always a righteous but an infamous one. This is why most if not all the countries in continental America or in Mount Zion are called Republics and not democracies.
Imagine for once if the majority in a so called democratic society chooses that which is wrong such as taking one’s home, business or children without due process or a just cause and also in defiance of sound constitutional law? I say this because of the most common misconception in the mind of most Americans with regard to the type of government which was envisioned and intended for the founders of this great republic. It is not common for the majority of people in any given democracy or society to choose that which is not right; however, there are times in which rachitic minorities within a democracy are in their subtlety able usurp and supplant governmental power in a Common Purpose and beyond authority. And they are also able to persuade or manipulate the uneducated majority to conform to their unrighteous agendas as the lobbying corporatism or cosrporatocracy now does in almost every nation of the terraic globe.
This is also why and when all democratic societies ancient and current lose control of their government and reap erupting revolt, violence and destruction as it is now taking place in the Middle East nations and in Europe. This is why we in the nations of America do differ from the rest of the world and particularly the European Union, for in essence, we are not a people’s ruled by the excesses of an unrestrained democracy but by the meager yet lawful restrains of a freedom loving and a law abiding Republic.
BUT WHAT THA HECK IS A REPUBLIC IF ONE MAY BOLDLY ASK? If you must relatively know, hereafter is properly explained the main difference between a Democracy and a Republic. Let him who has eyes, let him understand.

Having said and administering that, I manifest that I vigorously want to join your patriotic effort but only if your cause is right. And I am here to help you dissect what is right and what is wrong. I know I can also help you win your battles even as Michael the great prince would roll from his grave and crying for liberty; or as Jesus would do Crying repentance from the wilderness. It is for this end that the great Michael was born and for this end he will be risen once again; even to Stand for his people, to deliver and to fight our righteous battles. I am not inventing it. Of this is precisely written:
AND at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
(Old Testament
Daniel 12:1)
And Michael, the seventh angel, even the archangel, shall gather together his armies, even the hosts of heaven. And the devil shall gather together his armies; even the hosts of hell, and shall come up to battle against Michael and his armies. And then cometh the battle of the great God; and the devil and his armies shall be cast away into their own place, that they shall not have power over the saints any more at all. For Michael shall fight their battles, and shall overcome him who seeketh the throne of him who sitteth upon the throne, even the Lamb.

Section 88:112 - 115)
It is so because I know irrevocably that by the ever knowing providence of the almighty God, the constitutional law of this Republic provides an inviolate, formal and satisfactory mechanism for petitioning our government and for redress of grievances for injustices upon which they must comply or face the consequences of their impudence.
It is only ideal that those who rule upon the people in every constitutional Republic do listen and act in justice to redress our grievances at each level. Nevertheless, whether they who rule upon this people give heed to our cries or act not upon them, justice is always exacted upon the land and upon the wicked perpetrators either by natural law or by higher divine justice or both. I am here to instruct you in the warfare of liberation, for where there the spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty.
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
(New Testament
2 Corinthians 3:17)
Therefore, if your cause is right you are in the Lord’s side. And by law, the laws that he has given and those accountable before the people must irrevocably answer or justice must excise its proper toll upon the social or criminal perpetrators each and every time the cup of their wickedness is filled up. God cannot see sin with the least degree of allowance and therefore, he has promised us aid if we do what he says. Of this it is written:
Or, in other words, I give unto you directions how you may act before me, that it may turn to you for your salvation. I, the Lord, am bound when ye do what I say; but when ye do not what I say, ye have no promise.
(Doctrine and Covenants
Section 82:9 - 10)
And as a result of Constitutional law, I also know that despite opposing perceptions, the US constitution is a living and vindictive testament for all the American citizens for as we all know, the testators of our republic are all dead. Therefore, the powers to precipitate justice or change always remain in the hands of the people. One only needs to wake up to our awful situation and learn how to harness and leverage this great power in righteousness for the benefit of most if not all. And as a United States Citizen, if you refuse not my words on the earth, by giving heed to my words you may all be preserved. I do have a powerful voice and as such I do speak today both by precept and by solemn experience. For as in the past today it is also written:
See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying:
Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.
(New Testament
Hebrews 12:25 - 29)
For, with you saith the Lord Almighty, I will rend their kingdoms; I will not only shake the earth, but the starry heavens shall tremble. For I, the Lord, have put forth my hand to exert the powers of heaven; ye cannot see it now, yet a little while and ye shall see it, and know that I am, and that I will come and reign with my people. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Amen.
(Doctrine and Covenants
Section 84:118 - 120)
First, in all ordered governments, there is a due process which is also called instances. This is nothing more than following the chain of command when petitioning our judges or our government for redress of grievances whether it resulted between individuals to individuals, between groups to individuals or between governments to individuals. Woe unto them if they ever do say like the 8th wicked POTUS Martin Van Buren said:
“Gentlemen, your cause is right, but I can do nothing for you”
Therefore, if your cause is right and you truly want to petition successfully for redress of grievances or to accelerate social justice, here are some hard core social doctrines or prescriptions worth studying.
1. Watering the tree of liberty or Dethroning unrighteous dominion
And behold, now I say unto you, ye cannot dethrone an iniquitous king save it be through much contention, and the shedding of much blood.
For behold, he has his friends in iniquity, and he keepeth his guards about him; and he teareth up the laws of those who have reigned in righteousness before him; and he trampleth under his feet the commandments of God; And he enacteth laws, and sendeth them forth among his people, yea, laws after the manner of his own wickedness; and whosoever doth not obey his laws he causeth to be destroyed; and whosoever doth rebel against him he will send his armies against them to war, and if he can he will destroy them; and thus an unrighteous king doth pervert the ways of all righteousness.
And now behold I say unto you, it is not expedient that such abominations should come upon you. Therefore, choose you by the voice of this people, judges, that ye may be judged according to the laws which have been given you by our fathers, (sound or inspired constitutional laws) which are correct, and which were given them by the hand of the Lord.
Now it is not common that the voice of the people desireth anything contrary to that which is right; but it is common for the lesser part of the people to desire that which is not right; therefore this shall ye observe and make it your law—to do your business by the voice of the people. And if the time comes that the voice of the people doth choose iniquity, then is the time that the judgments of God will come upon you; yea, then is the time he will visit you with great destruction even as he has hitherto visited this land.
And now if ye have judges, and they do not judge you according to the law which has been given, ye can cause that they may be judged of a higher judge. If your higher judges do not judge righteous judgments, ye shall cause that a small number of your lower judges should be gathered together, and they shall judge your higher judges, according to the voice of the people.
And I command you to do these things in the fear of the Lord; and I command you to do these things, and that ye have no king; that if these people commit sins and iniquities they shall be answered upon their own heads. For behold I say unto you, the sins of many people have been caused by the iniquities of their kings; therefore their iniquities are answered upon the heads of their kings.
And now I desire that this inequality should be no more in this land, especially among this my people; but I desire that this land be a land of liberty, and every man may enjoy his rights and privileges alike, so long as the Lord sees fit that we may live and inherit the land, yea, even as long as any of our posterity remains upon the face of the land.
And many more things did king Mosiah write unto them, unfolding unto them all the trials and troubles of a righteous king, yea, all the travails of soul for their people, and also all the murmurings of the people to their king; and he explained it all unto them.
And he told them that these things ought not to be; but that the burden should come upon all the people, that every man might bear his part.
And he also unfolded unto them all the disadvantages they labored under, by having an unrighteous king to rule over them; Yea, all his iniquities and abominations, and all the wars, and contentions, and bloodshed, and the stealing, and the plundering, and the committing of whoredoms, and all manner of iniquities which cannot be enumerated—telling them that these things ought not to be, that they were expressly repugnant to the commandments of God.
(Book of Mormon
Mosiah 29:21 - 36)
As per a Commanding general, this is a most righteous or a just cause
And it came to pass that he rent his coat; and he took a piece thereof, and wrote upon it—In memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children—and he fastened it upon the end of a pole. And he fastened on his head–plate, and his breastplate, and his shields, and girded on his armor about his loins; and he took the pole, which had on the end thereof his rent coat, (and he called it the title of liberty) and he bowed himself to the earth, and he prayed mightily unto his God for the blessings of liberty to rest upon his brethren, so long as there should a band of Christians remain to possess the land— For thus were all the true believers of Christ, who belonged to the church of God, called by those who did not belong to the church.
(Book of Mormon
Alma 46:12 - 14)
Expected popular Support:
And when Moroni had said these words, he went forth among the people, waving the rent part of his garment in the air, that all might see the writing which he had written upon the rent part, and crying with a loud voice, saying:
Behold, whosoever will maintain this title upon the land, let them come forth in the strength of the Lord, and enter into a covenant that they will maintain their rights, and their religion, that the Lord God may bless them.
And it came to pass that when Moroni had proclaimed these words, behold, the people came running together with their armor girded about their loins, rending their garments in token, or as a covenant, that they would not forsake the Lord their God; or, in other words, if they should transgress the commandments of God, or fall into transgression, and be ashamed to take upon them the name of Christ, the Lord should rend them even as they had rent their garments.
(Book of Mormon
Alma 46:19 - 21)
We should first try the virtue of words, but in case there are too many realists or King-men amongst us who refuse to fight for their freedom, it is licit to incite civil disobedience and even execute even to the shedding of blood all who refuse to defend what has been determined a righteous cause. Of this it is also written:
Dangers of altering constitutional law
AND now it came to pass in the commencement of the twenty and fifth year of the reign of the judges over the people of Nephi, they having established peace between the people of Lehi and the people of Morianton concerning their lands, and having commenced the twenty and fifth year in peace; Nevertheless, they did not long maintain an entire peace in the land, for there began to be a contention among the people concerning the chief judge Pahoran; for behold, there were a part of the people who desired that a few particular points of the law should be altered. But behold, Pahoran would not alter nor suffer the law to be altered; therefore, he did not hearken to those who had sent in their voices with their petitions concerning the altering of the law.
Therefore, those who were desirous that the law should be altered were angry with him, and desired that he should no longer be chief judge over the land; therefore there arose a warm dispute concerning the matter, but not unto bloodshed. And it came to pass that those who were desirous that Pahoran should be dethroned from the judgment–seat were called king–men, for they were desirous that the law should be altered in a manner to overthrow the free government and to establish a king over the land.
And those who were desirous that Pahoran should remain chief judge over the land took upon them the name of freemen; and thus was the division among them, for the freemen had sworn or covenanted to maintain their rights and the privileges of their religion by a free government.
And it came to pass that this matter of their contention was settled by the voice of the people. And it came to pass that the voice of the people came in favor of the freemen, and Pahoran retained the judgment–seat, which caused much rejoicing among the brethren of Pahoran and also many of the people of liberty, who also put the king–men to silence, that they durst not oppose but were obliged to maintain the cause of freedom. Now those who were in favor of kings were those of high birth, and they sought to be kings; and they were supported by those who sought power and authority over the people.
(Book of Mormon
Alma 51:1 - 8)
And it came to pass that there were four thousand of those dissenters who were hewn down by the sword; and those of their leaders who were not slain in battle were taken and cast into prison, for there was no time for their trials at this period.
And the remainder of those dissenters, rather than be smitten down to the earth by the sword, yielded to the standard of liberty, and were compelled to hoist the title of liberty upon their towers, and in their cities, and to take up arms in defence of their country.
And thus Moroni put an end to those king–men, that there were not any known by the appellation of king–men; and thus he put an end to the stubbornness and the pride of those people who professed the blood of nobility; but they were brought down to humble themselves like unto their brethren, and to fight valiantly for their freedom from bondage.
(Book of Mormon
Alma 51:19 - 21)
And as a last resort, when people cannot be persuaded by words to protect and defend their freedom and liberty they are to be compelled by the sword or dissent from the society for their lack of activism is an act of treason which must be properly avenged. Unless this is done, the entire welfare of the people is in jeopardy of imminent destruction. For if this it is written:
Therefore, my beloved brother, Moroni, let us resist evil, and whatsoever evil we cannot resist with our words, yea, such as rebellions and dissensions, let us resist them with our swords, that we may retain our freedom, that we may rejoice in the great privilege of our church, and in the cause of our Redeemer and our God.
(Book of Mormon
Alma 61:14)
Now, before we even think about taking up arms, we should consider the following provisions, for the LORD our God has provided us in these latter days a more excellent way to win battles without staining our garments with blood unless he commands it and it is absolutely necessary. And as long as we do what the LORD says, he will be the one who will fight for us our battles until justice is altogether served. And for that reason and the perils he knew would come to pass in our latter days, he called the prophet Joseph Smith and he gave us though him these very specific instructions that if we do follow, it will lead us in life or in death to our victory pending our cause is right. With regards to the order of extermination and expulsion to the Mormons given by the Governor Boggs of Missouri, and of this it is the living word of God written saying:
And again I say unto you, those who have been scattered by their enemies, it is my will that they should continue to importune for redress, and redemption, by the hands of those who are placed as rulers and are in authority over you— According to the laws and constitution of the people, which I have suffered to be established, and should be maintained for the rights and protection of all flesh, according to just and holy principles; That every man may act in doctrine and principle pertaining to futurity, according to the moral agency which I have given unto him, that every man may be accountable for his own sins in the day of judgment.
Therefore, it is not right that any man should be in bondage one to another. And for this purpose have I established the Constitution of this land, by the hands of wise men whom I raised up unto this very purpose, and redeemed the land by the shedding of blood.
Now, unto what shall I liken the children of Zion? I will liken them unto the parable of the woman and the unjust judge, for men ought always to pray and not to faint, which saith:
There was in a city a judge which feared not God, neither regarded man. And there was a widow in that city, and she came unto him, saying: Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while, but afterward he said within himself: Though I fear not God, nor regard man, yet because this widow troubleth me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
Thus will I liken the children of Zion.
Let them importune at the feet of the judge; And if he heed them not, let them importune at the feet of the governor; And if the governor heed them not, let them importune at the feet of the president; And if the president heed them not, then will the Lord arise and come forth out of his hiding place, and in his fury vex the nation; And in his hot displeasure, and in his fierce anger, in his time, will cut off those wicked, unfaithful, and unjust stewards, and appoint them their portion among hypocrites, and unbelievers; Even in outer darkness, where there is weeping, and wailing, and gnashing of teeth.
Pray ye, therefore, that their ears may be opened unto your cries, that I may be merciful unto them, that these things may not come upon them. What I have said unto you must needs be, that all men may be left without excuse; That wise men and rulers may hear and know that which they have never considered; That I may proceed to bring to pass my act, my strange act, and perform my work, my strange work, that men may discern between the righteous and the wicked, saith your God.
(Doctrine and Covenants
Section 101:76 - 95)
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
(New Testament
Romans 8:31)
These things I humbly say with a single eye to the honor and glory of God, and the eternal benefit and temporal salvation of the people and the cause of Zion. And I do it solemnly in the sacred and holy name of his son Jesus Christ Amen.
Attentively and assiduously, this is but an unworthy servant in the hands of Christ.
